A miniature house kit in a 1:48 scale is like a tiny, tiny version of a real New York house. It's so small....but when you put it together, it looks just like a real house, with all those fancy details like windows, doors, and famous fire escape stairs.

It comes in a flat pack, like a puzzle you need to assemble. It is very easy to assembly.
The building comprises of 4 large rooms.

The kit comes complete with all structural elements to create walls and stairs , and is accompanied by basic instructions.
The kit is made in quality Birch plywood.

Paint it, add embellishments, make your own magical place.
A very nice project to take for all mini enthusiasts.

Craft kits and the completed product are not toys and contain small parts. Not suitable for small children, adult supervision at all times.

You may notice a light wood-smoke smell from your kit – this is a harmless and natural byproduct of the manufacturing process and will diminish as the kit airs.
