Made in Quality 1mm MDF , a beautiful design that fits nicely in all our Venetian-style, and London 1.48th scale kit houses .
This houses have high ceilings and the kit will not fit in standard 1:48th cottages. Please check the measurements before order .
If you need it smaller, contact me and I will do a special one for you.
Kit include : Two bookcases , but can be sold separately too. ( just ask )

Photos show unpainted, constructed kit, and you will receive the kit as a flat pack with pieces. This listing is for a build and decorating your own kit.

Craft kits and the completed product are not toys and contain small parts. Not suitable for small children, adult supervision at all times.

You may notice a light wood-smoke smell from your kit – this is a harmless and natural byproduct of the manufacturing process and will diminish as the kit airs.
